November 10-13, 2016: Sally Cade traveled to Charleston, SC for the South Carolina Theatre Association Conference where she made the first keynote address and was inducted into the South Carolina Theatre Hall of Fame.
October 25, 2016: Ryan J. Haddad's Hi, Are You Single will be a part of The Public's Under the Radar Festival. Sally Cade will be co-producing with Patti Anne Miller.
August 2016: Sally Cade launched Broadway for Hillary with co-organizers Rian Patrick Durham and Robb Nanus. Broadway for Hillary is a coalition within the Broadway community, both onstage and off, committed to getting Hillary Clinton elected as the next President of the United States.
July 18-21, 2016: Sally Cade line produced a workshop of Jiehae Park's play Hannah and the Dread Gazebo for Oregon Shakespeare Festival. OSF will produce the world premiere of the play in their 2017 season. The workshop was directed by Chay Yew.
July 14, 2016: Sally Cade is one of the 15 female-identifying artists selected for the Women's Project 2016-2018 WP Lab! Check out more information about the Women's Project and the lab here.
June 20, 2016: Sally Cade will be working with Natalie Rich and Erica Hernandez on a sketch comedy showcase called GIMME AN F! The show will perform in August. Stay tuned for more details.

June 16, 2016: Boy Gets Violent, produced by Sally Cade, performs to a sold out crowd at Ars Nova's ANT Fest. The show was created and performed by Dylan Frederick and featured Olivia Hebert and Ian Scot with designs by Joe Thompson and Ian Scot Williams. Stage Managed by Andrew Fick.
May 27, 2016: Sally Cade and the TKP team traveled to Hartford to celebrate the opening night of Anastasia at Hartford Stage Company.
May 5, 2016: Sally Cade, in association with Tom Kirdahy Productions, presented a reading of MJ Kaufman's Eat and You Belong to Us at the LGBT Community Center. The reading featured Arnie Burton, Cindy Cheung, David Greenspan, Miriam Hyman, Tom Phelan and Dale Soules. The event was directed by TKP's own Logan Reed.
May, 2016: Sally Cade is joining forces with her collaborator Dylan Frederick (Summer Valley Fair) on Boy Gets Violent, a brand new show to be presented at Ars Nova's AntFest on June 16. The performance will feature Dylan and lots and lots of Ty Beanie Babies.
April 26-30, 2016: The Hug the Lonely Cactus team traveled south to perform in the hometown of Laura and Sally Cade. Laura opened for the band Kopecky in a concert managed by dear friends and fellow alumni of St. Joseph's Catholic School.
April 23, 2016: Laura Gragtmans debut album, Hug the Lonely Cactus was released! Holmes Productions is the executive producer on the album. CLICK HERE to listen to Laura's work and to buy the album.
April 14-18, 2016: Sally Cade produced a "textshop" of Shakespeare's THE TEMPEST as transcribed by Kenneth Cavander. This project is a part of Oregon Shakespeare Festival's Play On! initiative. Holmes Productions will be continuously working with OSF on their NYC readings and workshops.
April 5, 2016: ANASTASIA begins rehearsals at Hartford Stage Company. Sally Cade is a Co-Producer on this gorgeous production. Over 150 costumes (pictured to the left) are in the process of being built by at least 19 costume shops around the country.
March 7, 2016: The first performance of White Rabbit Red Rabbit. Sally Cade is collaborating with Maberry Theatricals to make the one-of-a-kind theatrical experiment happen. Every Monday night a different performer is handed the script for the first time as they step onto the stage. Performers include Nathan Lane, Whoopi Goldberg, Patrick Wilson, George Takei, and Wayne Brady among others! Performs at the Westside Theatre.
February 22, 2016: Sally Cade collaborated with Tom Kirdahy Productions and Broadway Cares Equity Fights Aids to present a benefit reading of Tim Pinckney's Still At Risk to the LGBT Center. The reading was directed by Carl Andress and featured the tremendous talent of Michael Berresse, Amy Hohn, Francis Jue, Matt McGrath and Michael Urie.
February 8, 2016: Sally Cade teamed up with Alex Timbers to present an industry reading of Jay Reiss, Erin Quinn Purcell, and Mark Hollmann's HOORAY FOR ICEBOY featuring Ana Gasteyer, George Salazar, Orville Mendoza, Steve Rosen, Karl Kenzler, Rebecca Ayers, John Ellison Conlee, Kristian Espiritu, Erin Felgar, Bradley Gibson, Emily Shoolin, Darryl Winslow, and Brian Moore Johnson.
January 2016: Tom Kirdahy Productions partnered with Merrimack Repertory Theater on their 2016 hit, THE WHITE CHIP. Sally Cade took a trip up to see the production and visit the fine folks at MRT in Lowell, MA in January.
